My wife and I worked with Matt to set up our Estate/Trust. Leading up to the meeting, Matt provided us some easy to complete paperwork that would help with questions and answers regarding various people that are to be named in our Trust. At the meeting Matt was both professional and friendly. He broke things down in an easy to digest manor. He took the time to listen to our questions and respond with clear, concise answers. Due to similar life situations, Matt was able to share how he has approached this on his end to help with the decision making. At our follow-up meeting. Matt once again laid everything out that was needed. We were able to quickly get through all of the materials and signature. He spelled out everything that we needed to do on our end to ensure the Trust was properly set-up via our personal accounts. It was a pleasure to work with Matt on this and looking forward to continuing the relationship with him and his firm as needed moving forward.

Sherman is the real deal. He not only delivered on his promises, but exceeded them. Since this was my first encounter with both law enforcement and judicial system, I was initially upset and scared about the entire ordeal. Sherman immediately answered my call and made himself available at his earliest convenience (which happened to be later that afternoon). After the first sit down with Sherman, a lot of my angst was put at bay. Although he didn't give me all the answers I wanted to hear, he gave me an unbiased, realistic idea of how the prosecuting attorney/judge would view the case. From here, he helped devise a plan on how we could end up with the best case scenario. Between our first meeting and the final court date, Sherman was extremely responsive to any question or concern I had. On the court date, Sherman met with me well before our starting time and braced/prepared me for the ultimate meeting with the judge. After listening to the judge and on the brink of sentencing, Sherman took it upon himself to further explain my situation to the judge. I genuinely feel that this initiative on his part played a large role in the reduced charges I received. His straight-forward, yet heartfelt, approach to the entire situation was greatly appreciated.
